The warrior princess

With empty hands she landed in the field
Surrounded by dragons just ready to eat

Fixed was her gaze
She looked directly in their eyes
There was no fear, no sweat
As the temperature began to rise
Cold was she
With burning in her eyes
Turning to red
Her skin which once was pink, unlike this knight

The silence was broken with one single dong
Unswayed was she watching the approaching storm
Standing on two feet she stretched her empty hands
To draw out the sword hidden deep in black sands

The dragons roared, setting fire to the wind
But she was ready to fight for her next of Kin
Dragons didn't know the fire inside her
which was driven by the true love, now besides her

With one stroke, they all came down
Time stood still to watch them fall to the shaking ground
Never test the power of passionate protective love
For when stretched
Can even bring the heavens to its ground

The war left the warrior princess empty
Sucked out her soul from within
She still stands on the ground
Half buried, like undead standing still without a sound
Silence surrounds her as she watches the world
This is the price she had to pay
To protect her only world

'I' and 'WE'

'I'
a one letter word, different than 'WE'
put it behind you and you will see
how lonely one single hand can be

'I'
a word powerful enough to destroy
even the heavens where once there was merry and joy
what road will it make you travel
soon you shall fall as the loneliness shall unravel

'I'
was there once
full of spirit and full of fun
forgot that there existed a 'WE'
the force that drove everything inside me, to be
then 'I' came before 'WE'
and all was lost, swept away by the roaring sea

'I'
a lonely, one letter, incomplete word in dictionary
rules over this world, spreading hatred and disharmony
'WE' need to take charge and end this monarchy
and let the 'I' know, that
two hands when together turns cacophony to symphony
